NON PROFIT PURPOSE The Drivers Alert Project is organized exclusively for advancement
of education or science; erection or maintenance of public buildings, monuments, or works;
lessening the burdens of government; , testing for public safety, purposes within the meaning of
Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Notwithstanding the Project shall carry on no activity not permitted to be carried on (a) by a
Project exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 (or any corresponding or substitute statute) or (b) by a Project contributions to which are
not deductible under Section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or any
corresponding or substitute statute).
